Restaurant

You enjoy your meal in our large restaurant, which features beautiful and comfortable Hans J. Wegner furniture. There is room for a maximum of 180 simultaneous diners. You can choose either two buffets or to divide the restaurant in two with a partition wall and separate entrances to each room.

The tables are decorated with our own home-grown flowers – varying according to the season.

In the restaurant, breakfast and lunch are served buffet style and dinner consists of a 2- or 3-course menu prepared by our skilled chefs using fresh seasonal produce.

Our restaurant has been awarded the Silver Organic Cuisine Label. We pride ourselves on using local, quality, organic produce. Most of it is sourced from Buresødal, our close neighbour. Metalskolen Jørlunde’s kitchen prepares healthy, organic food that is good for both the body and the planet. With an emphasis on locally sourced seasonal produce, we offer a varied menu with fresh salads, delicious vegetable dishes and protein-rich sources. We also serve meat, of course, but with a focus on animal welfare. The kitchen’s philosophy is to promote a healthy lifestyle through delicious and sustainable food that can be enjoyed by everyone.
