Teambuilding
We have joined forces with various stakeholders to put together a selection of exciting activities that focus on teambuilding, but can also create a fun and informal atmosphere. Use them as input during the workday, where the theme of the day leads up to a teambuilding exercise, or as great way to wind up an eventful day, giving everyone a change of scene and a good laugh.
Most teambuilding activities take place outdoors in our large green spaces, whether along the system of paths, by the lake or on the football pitch. Should the weather turn wet, most activities can also be carried out indoors.
Running26
Running26 offers customised team-building solutions at Metalskolen Jørlunde designed to strengthen collaboration and promote community. All activities are therefore planned based on an initial dialogue and alignment of expectations. Running26’s primary aims is to deliver an experience this is both optimal and memorable within team-building, networking and coaching.

Activities
At Metalskolen Jørlunde, you have many opportunities for activities – both indoors and outdoors.
For instance, we can arrange aa canoe trip on Buresø lake, a game of pétanque or maybe a game of Danish softball in our large outdoor areas. It’s also possible to borrow one of our quality mountain bikes take a nice ride along our own trails or a more scenic ride around Buresø. Indoors, you can enjoy a workout at the gym, spinning, table tennis or a refreshing swim. You can also challenge colleagues and new acquaintances to a billiards tournament at the end of the evening.

Wine tasting with a historical touch
End the day with a wine tasting in the Danish Metal Workers’ Union’s old main boardroom facilitated by an experienced wine consultant from Kjær Sommerfeldt. Experience bubbles from around the world or explore the same grapes in different variations from classic European to overseas varieties. All tastings include 6 wines and 1 blind tasting.

Metalskolen Jørlunde’s QR Trail System
Oxygen for your brain and fresh air in your lungs adds a boost to the day’s programme, and when it’s part of the day’s schedule, everyone participates outdoors. In wet weather, it is possible to take the break indoors – so everyone still gets a change of scene.
You can book Metalskolen Jørlunde’s ready-made Team Brain Break or design your own Brain Break adapted specifically to your very own programme.

At Metalskolen Jørlunde, we also offer a wide range of activities that are free for all participants. Take a dip in our indoor pool and boost both your physical and mental well-being. Challenge each other to giant chess in the park, or organise an invigorating ball games in our large outdoor areas. Use strategy and tactics to play board games, which can be borrowed from reception, or test your teamwork skills on a canoe trips or mountain bike excursion. Indoor activities such as darts, table football and pool are available in our common evening rooms. Everyone can join in for fun and relaxed atmosphere.
