Together with various stakeholders, we have put together a range of exciting activities that focus on collaboration but can also create a fun and informal atmosphere. Use them as input during the workday, where the theme of the day is drawn into a team-building exercise, or as a rounding off of an eventful day where everyone needs a change of scene and a good laugh.
Most activities take place outdoors on our large green areas, whether it's on the path systems, the lake or the football pitch. Should the weather turn wet, most activities can be carried out indoors.

My activities
At the Metal School you have many opportunities for activities – both indoors and outdoors.
We can offer, among other things, a boat trip in one of our canoes on Buresø, a game of petanque or perhaps a game of round ball on our large outdoor areas. It is also possible to borrow good mountain bikes, so you can go for a nice ride on our own trails, or a beautiful ride around Buresø.
Indoors, you can do fitness, spinning, table tennis or take a refreshing swim in the swimming pool. You can also challenge your colleagues in a billiards tournament in the late evening.

Wine tasting with a historical touch
End the day with a historic wine tasting in Dansk Metal's old main boardroom, facilitated by an experienced wine consultant from Kjær Sommerfeldt. Experience bubbles from around the world, explore the same grapes in different variations from classic European to overseas. All tastings include 6 wines and 1 blind tasting.

Oxygen to the brain and fresh air in the lungs gives a boost to the day's program, and when it's part of the day's event, everyone comes outside. Should it be wet outside, it is possible to complete the break indoors - so there is still a change of air.

At Metalskolen, in addition to the above-mentioned options, we also offer a wide range of activities that are free to use. Take a dip in our indoor swimming pool to promote both physical and mental well-being. Challenge each other in the large chess game or take part in energetic ball games in our large outdoor areas. Use strategy and tactics in board games, which can be borrowed from reception, or test your teamwork skills on canoe trips or mountain bike excursions. Other indoor activities such as darts, table football and pool are available in our shared evening rooms. Everyone can join in to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
